Bad blogger!

sorry for the lack of updates guys! I have been very busy and being that it is peak week, my mind isn’t working in its best fashion 🙂

Peak week is going EXCELLENT. I have stuck to my plan 100%, which is pretty easy when I just think about the fact that I will be on stage in a few days. The evenings are tough though for sure. I am so hungry throughout the day and am able to eat my meals, and after that last meal at night, it’s just waiting time until bed. Sleeping has been okay, but still waking up a few times. I had horrible nightmares last night too, so that didn’t help.

My body is coming in better than I thought. I was really worried that I had taken one too many cheat meals since the last show, but now that the water is getting out, I think I will end up with a better package than last time 🙂

Plan for today: Already did boxing, glute workout, and 30 minutes on the arc trainer
Plan on going to my boxing conditioning class tonight. That usually helps to keep my hunger at bay (weird i know) and i’m ready to pass out when i get home 🙂 Eat, sleep and exercise are my only priorities right now.

I need to run to the grocery store, cook up the rest of my chicken(maybe if i stare at it long enough it will cook itself? better yet, i will throw it on the patio, the 110 degree weather should cook it right up throughout the day! kidding 😉 Also need to do some minor craftsmanship to my theme wear. Hope to have that all finished by Thursday(way to cut it close right?!)

Will hopefully be a better blogger the rest of the week!
