One more final

Ahh so nice to be almost done with school. All I have left to do is finish a project tonight in my ProTools class. Should be easy and then I am officially DONE with school. Had a great workout this morning. (See chart below.)

I was really tired when I woke up today, but I pushed through and am glad I did. Going to read through some blogs and then head into work! Will update more later when I have something more entertaining to talk about. J

Loving the spreadsheet! I keep a little notebook with the same info…that way I can look back and reflect on times I did better/worse.

When you are running intervals like you did yesterday, do you walk at all or just run straight? I do the same speeds for 10 minutes but I would be dead after 20! I’m sure the effects of your carb overload are long gone!

Hi there! Do you do cardio everyday? I have a goal to get as toned as possible by 6/26/09 with a short-term goal of 5/23/09 for a weekend get-away. Any tips? THANKS 🙂

Cool Table!!! Do you eat any meat? or fish? I eat heaps of eggwhites like you because it is a cheap way to get your protein when you buy them in the carton. But I also eat heaps of salmon and tuna (actually all seafood – mussels, fish, occy…) and kangaroo once a week!
