Finally photos!

I was out kinda late last night but still woke up at the usual 830AM this morning. Damn bio clock! Anyways..for breakfast I had 2 apples, and an egg omelet(pictured above) of 4 egg whites, mixed bell peppers and about a half ounce of skim mozzarella cheese. Also a protein shake. (I like to eat a big breakfast, it helps get me through my workouts and also not over eat later in the day).

    I always make sure to eat lots of protein for breakfast too, it keeps me full longer. You seem to really work out alot, that’s definitely something I need to work on! I don’t really enjoy exercising… Hopefully I will get some motivivation to move here on your blog. 🙂

    Istarted eating clean in October and I can't believe the success I'm having with it. I will eat like this forever.
