10 Minute Sweat Fest

Hey guys! Happy Tuesday!! As I mentioned yesterday, I have a “Try It Tuesday” workout on the agenda for everyone!

I did this on Sunday and it kicked my boo-tay!

10 Minutes – As Many Rounds As Possible

5 Push-Ups (chest to deck! from the knees is okay if needed)

5 Kettle Bell Swings (medium – heavy weight)

10 Lemon Squeezers (or sit-ups)

5 Burpees (I did it without the push-up, but if you’re hardcore, do the push-up too!!!)

Try this one and let me know how it goes!!!

    I sure did used to be! But I have a whole new plan to follow now! Full of cardio bursts with some heavy weights!

      Me too!!! Long cardio days are goneeeeeee. So tough to do that, but once you do, you’re freed! (Still do long runs on occasion, but because I WANT to, not because I feel like I HAVE to.)
