Uh oh.

I don’t know if i’m getting sick or if 3 weeks off of boxing totally kicked my ass, but I’m TIRED today. Like, insanely tired.

Tired enough that I took a nap after boxing, skipped my lift, and took another nap tonight. And I’m STILL tired.

I’m going to take the night off blogging and try to just get to bed early.

    Sleep is always good. Seriously, when you feel run down like that, listen to your body. Slumber, it will be better in the morning! 😉
