- 1 chin up(seriously could barely get up there today! Not sure what the deal was because I did 3 of them on Friday! Off day I guess lol)
- 200 reps various ab exercises

CARDIO

- 30 min. arc trainer
- 1 hour group fitness class: The Mix(basically a circuit of squat jumps, lunges, pushups, ab moves, etc. etc.)
