Fridayy!!
Hello bloggies!!! SO glad its Friday! (even though I have been at the lake the past two days, so I really can’t complain haha) But the weather was rainy and cloudy and windy yesterday, so we were only there for a few hours. Still a good time though!
This morning all I have left to do is biceps for the week, and I’ll top that off with an hour of cardio. I’ll have you know I only did 30 min. of cardio both yesterday and Wednesday!! So I am trying to cut back a bit. Yesterday I was coming in low oncalories again so I basically just stuffed myself up(with all clean foods) to get in extra calories. I know my body needed it I was very light headed during my workout yesterday and most of the day, I know how my body is and it needed some FUEL.
I will post later on, but for now, here was yesterday’s recap…I was WAY low on veggies and way high on fruit…so I’ll have to make some adjustments today!
