    I switched my oil use when I found out that a lot of what "they" are pushing it debatable. Coconut oil, Peanut oil (for bbq high heat), organic butter, all in normal moderation (just like any other fat). The nutritional history of human beings is very enlightening- just because we are living longer doesn't mean we are eating healthier (ex: canola oil). I am glad you highlighted this because I think people are afraid of things that contain fat and COMPLETELY TERRIFIED of things like coconut oil. Media science is poisonous.

    My favorite is macadamia nut oil YUM! I can drink it from the bottle LOL!
