Friday Overview

Ahh its been a long day. GREAT workout this morning. Good day at work. Good cleaning job. I cleaned my bedroom and kitchen. Still need to do the kitchen floor and my bathroom.

My roommate is leaving tomorrow for two weeks and then is moving out for the summer. It will be lonely but also nice. She will be back in August.

Tired right now and deciding if I want to go out or stay in. it is a long weekend so I might keep it lazy tonight and go out tomorrow night. My neck also started hurting again randomly today and I am wondering if a) I hurt it worse than I though or b) its because of this RAINY few days we have had. Hmmmm.

Here is how today panned out……

   

Friday

MEAL 1

(Pre-Workout)

  • ¼C Rolled oats
  • ½ tbsp AB
  • 47g banana
  • 1c egg whites
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 apple

MEAL 2

(Post-Workout)

  • 221g sweet potato
  • 1 c egg whites
  • 2.5 servings asparagus
  • 1 grapefruit

MEAL 3

  • 20 almonds

MEAL 4

  • 2 c egg whites
  • 2 c spinach
  • ¼ c black beans
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped green pepper
  • 1 serving of canned tuna(tuna in water..no salt added)

MEAL 5

  • 1c egg whites
  • 55g banana
  • ½ TBSP AB
  • 1 artichoke

MEAL 6

  • Might have a breyers single serving of ice cream(160 cals)

MEAL 7

 

TRAINING

  • Back/Biceps(3-4 sets of each)
  • Hanging lateral pull ups
  • One arm cable rows
  • Wide grip cable rows
  • Wide grip cable pull downs
  • Pull ups (assisted by my trainer)
  • Hyper extensions
  • Bicep curls(slightly leaned forward)
  • Rope cable hammer curls(drop sets)
  • Preacher curls(drop sets)

CARDIO

  • 50 minutes elliptical
  • Cleaned my whole apartment!(not calculated into cardio but I just wanted everyone to know haha)
