Wednesday already?!

I can’t believe it is already Wednesday! I had to check my calendar to make sure!

This morning I had my usual egg whites, proatmeal and 2 apples for breakfast. (I have totally cut down on the apples by the way! I only buy like 6 at a time and if I eat them in one day I make sure I don’t buy them for 2 days! I have been eating tangelos and grapefruits in much smaller quantities than the apples. I like having a mix!)

Back and Triceps was the workout this morning. When my trainer was done with me he said LIZZY…DON’T DO CARDIO TODAY. Ouch…i don’t know if I can do that. I left the gym but I have been antzy ever since and I am sure since I don’t have work today obviously, that I will have to do some type of cardio. Maybe I will just limit myself to a half hour. He just knows that I will workout until I can’t move anymore and is wanting me to rest. Which I agree, but at the same time I am a little bit psychotic and I just don’t feel right if I don’t get my cardio in!!! I will see as the day progresses. Maybe I will go for a hike or something!!

Anyways, I am feeling great today. My wallet is hurting after having to replenish all of my supplements. Fish oil, flaxseed oil, CLA, and Glutamine=$74!!! Yuck. But it should last me for months.

I really have done a lot of thinking over the last few days and along with my competition (which I am excited to do one, don’t get me wrong!!!) I feel that fitness modeling is where I want to head. I think it would be fun, so that is another thing that will motivate me to get leaner!!

I have also noticed after looking over my diet that I am not getting enough healthy fats in. So I have made a few goals:

-Eat 1 serving of almonds every day!!
-Drink a gallon of water every day(I haven’t been good about water…if i’m not working out, i have to remind myself to drink it and i am not drinking anything else, I just have never been a water drinker. Funny being a native to AZ ha)
-Have a serving of veggies at least 3 times a day and hopefully more! I really need to make sure i am getting all of my veggies in!!

Those are my goals for the next few weeks and I will make every effort to accomplish these goals!

    I agree, I just don’t feel right if I haven’t gotten my cardio in.

    I have been setting up my training appointments in the mornings before work…and so after work, I have been going back to the gym to get my cardio in. The trainers are starting to look at me like I have a problem. EEEKKK!!!
